What

Dear Friends of CFO:

After much prayer and discussion, the Indiana CFO Fall Retreat Executive Council Ring made the difficult decision to NOT have the Fall Retreat this year due to the low number of registrations amid Covid-19 concerns. Instead, we will provide the “Fall Treat” via Zoom.  Following are the details:

When: Saturday, October 31 from 1-3 p.m. on Zoom.

We are offering a Zoom trial run and brief tutorial Wednesday, October 28 from 7:00-7:30 p.m. in preparation for the Zoom event on Saturday. (If you are not available or wish to have more private technology help, contact Pat Shinness at 317-647-5113 for an alternative time).

During the two hours on October 31st, we will participate in praise and worship, listen to our two speakers (Jeanne Hughes and Jenny Knarr) and enjoy rhythms, prayer groups and final sharing.

How to participate: Zoom is available on a computer, iPad or cell phone.  You will need to send Julie Hughes your email address (preferable) or phone number (can do, but email is easier).   If you want to participate in the Zoom tutorial, we will send you a link. You will simply click on the link and it will guide you through the process.  You can see us on your computer screen if you have a camera on your computer (with iPad or cell phone, you won’t be able to see as many people).  Let Julie know if you plan to be part of the Wednesday Zoom trial run.   

You are encouraged to get on Zoom ten minutes before we begin in order to work out any issues that may arise.

We are scheduled to have the Fall Retreat next year, October 22-24, 2021.

With a “can-do” attitude, we are pushing forward and going “farther out” of our comfort zones in an effort to hear from the Lord while enjoying each other’s fellowship in a new way. We hope you will join us for this special event!
