CFO ANNUAL 2021 at Lake Tahoe! 

Beautiful Zephyr Point Presbyterian Conference Center on the shores of Lake Tahoe will be the site of 2021 CFO Annual Meeting.

Advisory Council Ring (ACR) Meeting:

  • Sunday 10/10/21 at 3:00 pm PT through Monday 10/11/21 4:00 pm PT  

Council of Leaders (COL) Retreat:

  • Monday 10/11/21 at 4:00 pm PT through 9:00 pm PT

Council of CFO Representative (CCR) Meeting:

  • Tuesday 10/12/21 at 9:30 am PT  through Thursday 10/14/21 9:00 pm PT 
  • Please arrive Monday 10/11/21
  • Departure Friday Morning 10/15/21

Here is a virtual tour of the facilities and some other photos. Hotel-style lodging in the Tahoe Center will all be reserved for CFO. The newly remodeled Dobbins Hall (with French doors overlooking the lake!) will be used for general meetings. https://www.zephyrpoint.org/virtual-tour/

You may want to book a room elsewhere in the beautiful Tahoe area and stay on a few days. 

Transportation:  Reno-Tahoe International Airport is the most convenient airport.  (Sacramento International Airport is about a four-hour drive.)  Reno-Tahoe is an hour’s drive from the retreat center.  There are frequent shuttles from Reno-Tahoe to Lake Tahoe.  The first shuttle stop (at Lakeside Inn and Casino) is two miles from Zephyr Point.  We will pick up CFOers arriving by shuttle there and transport them to the retreat center. We are working to arrange shuttle service by CFOers as well.

Cost Details

$120.00 a day per person, room & board based on double occupancy. ACR/COL 5 days and CCR 4 days

Hotel type accommodations with in room bath and all linens.

 

The rooms can also accommodate 3,4, and sometimes 5 people.  If you have a group of over 2 people in a room a discount will be available through the registrar.  There are 3 ADA rooms available.  Let the registrar know if you need an ADA room.

Scholarship

Scholarships are not available for the Annual Meeting. Please contact your Council Ring for assistance.
