Debby and her family have been attending CFO for over 30 years and she can’t remember a time when CFO was not an important part of her life! Throughout her life God has used CFO as a spiritual training ground, a place to unlock gifts and leadership opportunities as well as a safe place to teach her the power of unconditional love! Within CFO she has served in numerous capacities: worship leader, children and youth leader, prayer hostess, creatives leader, prayer group facilitator, council ring member, camp chairperson, and recently as the Zone 4 Delegate to the ACR where she also served 2 terms as the ACR Secretary. First and foremost however she is a camper, she has a heart for the ebb and flow of the CFO program and enthusiastically participates in every aspect of the day (although Morning Meditation still proves to be a bit of a challenge for her especially since becoming the mom of 2 wonderful little girls)! Debby and her family reside in Brockton, MA. She enjoys serving in her local Foursquare Church as the Children's Ministry Leader. For her day job she is an early childhood educator. She received her degree in Early Childhood Education from Keene State College in New Hampshire and has been working in the field for over 25 years now. She later received her Masters Degree in Education from Lesley University in Boston and is currently the Preschool Program Director for South Shore Stars, a community-centered non-profit agency which provides comprehensive early education and youth programs for low income at risk families. Debby loves her home camp of Singing Hills CFO in New Hampshire (formerly Warwick CFO in NY) but she has also visited many other CFO camps and retreats. She says that although each camp is unique and the location is different, God’s love and the presence of the Holy Spirit touches her heart at every CFO event she attends…no matter where she goes CFO always feels like home.
