Join Zone 8 as we affirm our faith in Jesus Christ as a community of CFO, celebrate our roots in CFO, and pray, dream and plan for CFO's future. All are welcome, but council ring members and persons with leadership roles in CFO are especially encouraged to attend this gathering. 

The Advisory Council Ring meets Wednesday evening, May 2 and all day on May 3.

Leadership Training occurs Thursday evening, May 3 and all day, May 4.

The Council of Camp Representatives begins Friday evening, May 4 and ends Tuesday morning, May 8, after breakfast.

The CFOI board begins meeting at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 8 and concludes after breakfast on May 10.


The theme for the 2018 Annual Meeting:

            This is the Way; Walk in it.

It is based on the scripture:

            Isaiah 30:21   “And when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left, your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, ‘this is the way; walk in it’”

The annual meeting will be held at Lake Yale Baptist Conference Center. Nestled in the heart of central Florida on 300 acres of sprawling, mossy oaks set against a backdrop of a 4000 acre lake, Lake Yale Baptist Conference Center is a beautiful place to visit.

Cost Details

Registration rate is $75 per person postmarked by April 15, 2018.  It is $100 after April 15.

Transportation is provided by the Villages Brownwood Airport Shuttle.
    When you get off your plane:
       Proceed to your designated baggage claim area whether you have luggage or not.
       Once there, take the elevator down to Level 1 (Ground Transportation)
       Walk outside the doors and look for parking space 14, 15 or 18
       The shuttle is white with green lettering and has the official "The Village" logo.
       Shuttle is $40 per person for each instance.
