Cost Details

Registration Fees: Registration fees received by May 15 will save $20 per person. The maximum family registration fees are $550 ($450 if paid by May 15). Registration fees can be refunded for cancelations by June 10.

**Single occupancy in the dormitory or apartments is available for the additional fee stated above. This fee is in addition to the weekly apartment fee. Otherwise, appropriate singles will be placed together in an effort to
minimize costs.


If you require transportation to and/or from Harrisburg transportation centers (Contact the Registrar at least two weeks in advance of the camp with details.)

Medically necessary special diets can be accommodated for an extra fee, and must be communicated to the registrar by May 15, as additional documentation may be needed. If not received by May 15, we cannot guarantee Messiah's ability to satisfy the need.

Scholarship

CFO North America Scholarship:

Purpose Statement Keystone CFO Scholarship Fund:
The Keystone CFO Scholarship Fund is established to:
1 . Provide the opportunity for first-time CFOers (someone who has never attended a CFO Camp before) to attend Keystone CFO regardless of their ability to pay. This means that room and board may be free to the camper. All campers are expected to pay the registration fee. In cases where a camper cannot do so because of financial need, the registration fee may be paid out of the scholarship fund (at the discretion of the scholarship chairpersons) subject to a written
request by the camper.
2 . Provide the opportunity for people to return to Keystone CFO based on financial need. See the guidelines below to understand the priority given to categories of campers.


Guidelines for Disbursement of Funds
1. Priority process for granting scholarships to return campers will be the following:
a) People returning to camp based on financial need. These campers will be asked to pay registration. The suggested guideline is to offer second-time campers
50% of room and board. Third-time campers would be offered 25%. Each subsequent year the percentage would be decreased by ½. If campers need additional funds for camp, they may make another written request. The request may be granted if funds are available after the needs of first-time campers have been met and after prayerful consideration by the scholarship chairpersons. Unless medically necessary, recipients of scholarship funds are not eligible for townhouse rental.
b) People in full-time Christian ministry and their immediate families with priority given to individuals in Faith-based (non-salaried) ministries.
c) People that Council Ring desires to honor for years of service.
2. The scholarship chairpersons intend to grant all scholarship funds received during the previous year. Likewise, it is the intention of the scholarship chairpersons to disperse only what has been received so as to not create a deficit balance.
3. Distribution of scholarship funds is at the sole discretion of the scholarship chairpersons
