Cost Details

Registration fee:  $15. per person postmarked by February 28th;  $30. per person after March 1st

5 Meals: $47.75 per person. Your total cost will be your registration, room rate & meals. 

2 Room types:   (If 2 people wish to share a room, the cost is the same as stated below per room) 
  • 14 Private rooms with full-size bed & bath  $125 per room for 2 nights
  •  3 Jack & Jill rooms combinations: queen-size bed & 2 rooms share 1 bath  $62.50 per room for 2 nights.
    • Both rooms must be occupied to get JJ room rate. If only one room is occupied, the rate is $125 for 2 nights.   
      • Single Occupancy (one room filled) - One person occupies the JJ Combination 
      • Double Occupancy (one room filled) - Two people occupy the JJ Combination 
      • Single Occupancy (two rooms filled) - Two people occupy the JJ Combination (one person per side) 
      • Double Occupancy (two rooms filled) - Up to four people occupy the JJ Combination (up to two people per side)     

State preference when registering and rooms will be assigned on a 1st come, 1st served basis.
